Due to the nature of customized digital services, refunds are limited and subject to project status.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made before project work begins.
• If the project has already started, cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Completed work and utilized resources will be deducted from any refundable amount.
• No cancellations will be accepted once the project is completed or delivered.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Service work has not started.
• Failure to deliver agreed services due to our internal issues.
• Cancellation approved before project execution.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Change of mind after project initiation.
• Delays caused by client unresponsiveness.
• Completed or partially completed projects.
• Customized or personalized services.
• Activated subscription services.

4. Payment Disputes

Any payment dispute must be reported within 3 days of transaction. Unauthorised chargebacks without prior communication may lead to service suspension.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
